Waterhawk Integrated Therapies was founded with the purpose of helping people by meeting them where they are in their lives. I honor that my clients bring their own diverse knowledge and experience to the therapeutic process, therefore, I am continuously seeking out new ways to meet my client's needs for therapy. My work as a therapist is intentional, and I am dedicated to the mission of providing a safe and respectful environment for each individual's therapeutic journey.

My clinical experience includes working with clients dealing with PTSD, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, anxiety and depression. I have been involved with homeless outreach and providing resource information to incarcerated individuals transitioning back into the community. Through my clinical work, I came to realize the importance of the mind-body connection within the therapeutic process and began focusing on trauma.

I also have a strong foundation in the Arts and this is reflected in my therapeutic approach.  I was an Artistic Director of my own dance school and performing company for over 18 years. I taught and directed for other organizations until my desire to serve in another capacity encouraged me to pursue my graduate studies and become a therapist.

I value community, learning, being curious, and honoring the lived experiences of others. I see these values as necessary for client healing, and my growth as a therapist. The foundation of my practice is to provide a client-centered environment where the client receives respect, encouragement, and unconditional positive regard.
